By accessing and using Hoppa's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are a parent or guardian registering on behalf of a child, you agree to these terms on their behalf.

2. Eligibility

Hoppa is designed for children and families across Africa. Users under the age of 13 must have parental or guardian consent to create an account and participate in activities. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's use of the platform.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Tournament Participation

• Registration fees are non-refundable unless a tournament is cancelled by Hoppa
• Participants must comply with tournament rules and code of conduct
• Hoppa reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate tournament rules
• Tournament schedules and formats are subject to change at Hoppa's discretion

5. Code of Conduct

All users must:

• Treat other users with respect and kindness
• Not engage in bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior
• Not share personal information of other users
• Report any concerning behavior to Hoppa administrators

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Hoppa platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, characters, and comics, is the property of Hoppa or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hoppa provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
